Collector’s Experience
The Collector’s Experience invites our guests into the heart of our historic estate, unlocking the library to explore rare vintages that span decades. This exclusive tasting offers a rare opportunity to witness the graceful evolution of our wines—from the nuanced complexity of the 1990s to the vibrant expression of our current release. Each wine is thoughtfully paired with seasonal culinary creations from our Estate Chef, designed to complement and elevate the character of each vintage. This is more than a tasting—it’s a curated immersion into the artistry, heritage, and age-worthy brilliance of Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars.

This experience is offered Thursdays & Fridays at 11am or 2pm. The duration is 2 hours.
The maximum group size for this experience is six guests. Kindly note, we are unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 21, including infants and children.
