Our highly anticipated Dinner in the Vineyard is back for two nights. Join us either Friday or Saturday for an evening in the newly replanted FAY Block 1A. Guests will enjoy a sunset wine tasting reception before dining amongst the vines for a curated three-course wine pairing dinner with Winemaker, Marcus Notaro.

Tickets available up to July 24 or until sold out.

Summer squash, hen egg, pickled radish, petite greens, sourdough, beurre blanc

Second Course | Summer Risotto
cherry tomato confit, pancetta, stracciatella, allium ash

Third Course | Schmitz Ranch Hanger Steak
black truffle potatoes, grilled maitakes, miso roasted chicory, thyme jus

Dress Code Suggestion

“Wine Country” Cocktail – think somewhere between resort casual and cocktail attire. Layers are recommended as it can get cool in the evening.

Additional Information

Space is limited and advanced reservations are required. We are unable to accommodate additional guests on the day of the event.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Pets are not allowed.
