Dinners in the Vineyard are truly a favorite here at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. In fact, this year, we have decided to offer a second seating! Join us on either Friday or Saturday night for a magical evening, beginning with a sunset wine tasting reception at the Tasting Room. After a toast with Winemaker Marcus Notaro, we will stroll down to FAY Vineyard for a three-course wine pairing dinner amongst the vines as twilight falls.

Space is limited and advanced reservations are required. Reserve by August 2nd or until sold out.

First Course | Fresh Picked Lobster
Avocado Aioli, Shaved Fennel, Endive, Roasted Lemon & Thyme Vinaigrette

Second Course | Roasted Tomato Risotto with
Burrata Cream, Parmesan, Basil

Third Course | Grilled Herb Marinated Flat Iron Steak
Wine Forest Mushroom Beurre Rouge, Smashed Roasted Parmesan Potatoes, Summer Vegetable Tian

Fourth Course | Dessert Stations & Espresso served in the Tasting Room following dinner

Dress Code Suggestion:

“Wine Country” Cocktail attire – think somewhere between resort casual and business casual. Women will likely want to wear dress or dress slacks with wedges or nice flats (the dinner is IN THE VINEYARD), while men can opt for slacks and a jacket or sport coat (with or without a tie). LAYERS ARE RECCOMENDED AS IT CAN GET COOL IN THE EVENING.

All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Pets are not allowed.
