Tasting Notes

This is an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with vibrant aromas of black cherry, raspberry, boysenberry, sweet oak and dark chocolate. The wine has a great balance between fruit and structure with polished tannins and lasting flavors of dark cherry and pomegranate.

Food Pairings

Enjoy this wine with braised short ribs or pappardelle with sausage Ragu.
