This membership is continuous until cancelled; you may close your membership any time after receiving two releases. Your credit card will be billed automatically for the retail price of the wines (less member savings) plus shipping and any applicable taxes and fees. Prices are subject to change. We contact members via email in advance with information regarding the wine selection, price, deadline for account changes. Once the deadline passes, we cannot change an address or stop a shipment. Shipping charges will apply if the wine is returned.
We guarantee wine against temperature damage that is signed for on the first delivery attempt. Member releases are sent via FedEx Ground in California or UPS two-day air for a flat fee. A tracking number will be sent by email. You may request to receive shipments via UPS or FedEx. Wine deliveries must be signed for by a recipient 21 years or older during normal business hours. Some members opt to have their wine sent to a business address or to the local carrier warehouse, UPS Store or FedEx Office for pick up.
Avoid reshipment costs for undelivered wine by letting us know about any holds or changes before the deadline. We are happy to work with you to delay releases when travel or weather is a concern. We are unable to hold wines returned to us as undeliverable for more than 30 days. Wines not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.
While we do offer discounted shipping, should your release be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier to Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. If there has been some sort of error with delivery, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it.
All membership will default to shipping; however, if a member requests to pick up at the winery they will have a 30-day window to pick up prior to the release being shipped. We are unable to hold wines past 30 days at the winery.
You may substitute or add to your member release. The price will reflect your request and member savings. Additional bottles may be added for no additional shipping charge.
